At Nexa Mortgage we offer the Real Estate Loan Officer (RELO) Program!! This Program offers Licensed Real Estate Agents who also hold a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) License the ability to earn commission from Mortgage Referrals! When you join our RELO program we pair you with a Licensed Loan Officer Assistant to handle the deals for you. Not a lot of extra work on your part and you earn the commission!

At Nexa Mortgage we offer the Real Estate Loan Officer (RELO) Program!! This Program offers Licensed Real Estate Agents who also hold a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) License the ability to earn commission from Mortgage Referrals

You must have an Active MLO License (If you don't...No Worries! We will help you get licensed!)
We Pair you with an Active Loan Officer and a Loan Processor who will act as your Loan Partners and take the file from Loan Application to Closing
Earn Commission on all loans - both Purchases and Refinances
Earn Passive Income from Revenue Share - Bring Additional Loan Officers to the company and earn a commission from their closings
Take Advantage of all Nexa Company Benefits such as Health Insurance, Daily Training Classes, Marketing Support, Technology Suite and Website with your Loan Application Link
We have over 200 lenders for Residential, Commercial and Business Loans PLUS the highest Comp in the Industry!
Earn 50bps to 100bps per loan depending on loan volume

Example:

Loan Amount = $300,000

50 Bps = $1500

100Bps = $3,000

Must Pay an $85 Tech Fee Monthly for LOS Suite
Ability to be W-2 or 1099
Want to do all the work yourself with a loan processor? If so you keep all the commission!
Credit Report Fees to be decided between you and your Loan Partner
